Summer dining


After a stop, start arrival of summer, I feel tonight is the night to have dinner outside. We have friends staying from Melbourne and have been enjoying huge cookups in the kitchen alternating between our favourite chefs; Nigella, Stephanie and Donna. Lunch was smoked trout patties made by my Mother while she was staying last week and tonight it's lamb on the "barbie". It seems all we have done since Christmas is eat.

  1. I know what you mean. I'm scared to get on the scales - I need the kids to go back to school so I can gain some equilibrium and reduce the food!
